About Jet Ski Lake Conroe

Requirements

All Jet Ski operators must be born before September 1st, 1993, or have a Boaters Safety Course. This is a three hour course and can be taken at BoatUS.org for a small donation.
You must be at least 21 years old, have a Boaters Safety Certificate, a driver’s license and a credit card in your name to rent a Jet Ski.
Parents / Guardians can rent the Jet Skis and allow their children that are at least 18 and above with a Boater Safety Certificate to operate a Jet Skis.

Policies

No more than 2 people can be on the Jet Ski at one time. With exception to a parent and two small children.
Weight cannot exceed a combined weight of more than 350 pounds.
No jean shorts. (They will fade and stain the Jet Ski seat)
Everyone in the group must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled rental time to check in and review all safety and operating procedures.
Late arrivals will not be allowed to push back the booked rental return time.
Any cancelations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time to receive a refund.
Rainchecks can only be done if it is raining at the Jet Ski dock location at the time of the scheduled reservation.
Rainchecks can either be rescheduled or refunded.
Any and all refunds will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee.
Late Jet Ski returns will be charged $40 for each 15 minutes late. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file for the rental.
Damage Deposit Options
1. A $200 credit card authorization hold can be done for each Jet Ski to cover potential damages up to $200.
2. A "Non-Refundable" charge of $30 per Jet Ski can be paid to cover any damages up to $200.

Jet Ski operators are not allowed to swap out passengers during the rental without express permission before the rental.
All Jet Skis are to be returned at least 30 minutes before sunset.
